As a matter of fact, I believe that happiness is always present in us. It’s only often covered by layers of trauma, limited beliefs, life circumstances, emotions, etc. When we unravel those layers, happiness is there. Effortlessly.

What is the problem?
Tell me your story. Through deep listening and intuition I will hear your real problem, which is often different from what you initially think your problem is.

Knowing your real problem, we can start questioning your beliefs. I will bring you in a meditative state from where you answer my questions and rediscover yourself.

Basically, steps 1 and 2 are enough to make a change in your life. And… the more you practice, the faster it goes. With home exercises you take your session to a higher level.

The Work of Byron Katie
As a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, I mainly work with this method. The Work is a method of inquiry. Inquiry to me means means searching for the truth. What is your truth? Is it what your parents have taught you? Is it your culture? Your environment? I believe that there is a difference between your beliefs and the truth. Your beliefs is what you have learned, what you have become. The truth is who you are, always were and always will be. The truth lies beneath the beliefs. It’s the unchangeable. Let’s discover your truth. Let’s unravel who you are.
How The Work works
First, we’ll identify who or what upsets you. We’ll dive into the situation(s) and identify stressful beliefs that keep you from being at peace. Once we have isolated those thoughts, I will guide you into a meditative state and ask questions to find out what is true for you.
During this inquiry you will most likely experience the peace that you were so longing for. You will discover that this peace has never left you. It was just covered under layers of stressful beliefs.

Besides The Work
In my long search for peace and happiness, I’ve followed quite some therapy such as EMDR, tapping, intuitive healing, inner child work, exposure therapy and much more.
During my years of personal development, I have also become familiar with these modalities and will use them appropriately: journaling, Systemic Family Constellations, A Course in Miracles, Circling, Reiki, mindfulness, breath work and meditation. I’m very much inspired by Eckhart Tolle and Mooji, so I might quote them from time to time in our sessions.
In September 2023, I started the training to become an official Systemic Family Constellations facilitator.

Walking sessions of 3 hours (including picnic)
Walking sessions are in-person. I can map out a nice route if you want, and you are free to propose a walking route for yourself as well. The price include a well-maintained picnic on location (dietary requests in consultation) and my travel time and costs within a radius of 30km around Woudrichem (Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands).
